Our Mission

We connect donors with researchers to shed light on the diseases that affect us all. Our approach is founded on three core precepts: Importance, Innovation, and Impact.

Importance

  • We support research focused directly on major causes of morbidity and mortality throughout the world. Our current portfolio comprises coronary heart disease (CHD), colon cancer, and Parkinson’s disease.

Innovation

  • We identify outstanding individuals pursuing highly innovative approaches that can be difficult to fund through conventional sources such as NIH. Providing seed money to support proof-of-principle experiments encourages innovation and reduces the delay between the original idea and the experiments required to test it.

Impact

  • We support research that has the potential to directly impact the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD), colon cancer, and Parkinson’s disease.

 

Donors may choose to support any one (or more) of our ongoing projects. 100% of your donation goes directly to the research project.
